Can I use clotrimazole USP 1% to remove or soften black scrabs on my scalp.I have few black scrubs on my scalp. Not enough only 2,3. But I want to know how to get rid of them. If I will scratch them many hair will also comeout with them. What shoul I use to remove them.

Black scabs on scalp can be bacterial  infections on scalp. Clotrimazole  is unlikely  to  help
