It's been 6 months now that I have encountered this problem. There are black spots (rash like) all over my neck. It has been constant throughout these 6 months.

It could be fungal infection or Acanthosis. I cannot be sure until I see it. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment. Both can be treated.
