Black potty and crying while passing
Hi
My baby is 39 days old from last two days she is crying while passing potty and her potty color is black and yellow at a same time. She is taking formula milk similec iq state 1 totally as Brest feed is not possibble
She is cramping also many times and after passing gas she got relexed
Plz suggest
Similac is an iron fortified formula ,so black stools could be assigned to that . Though for safety's sake there's no harm in getting a stool test . As for the cramping ,burp her properly after each feed and also give her colic aid drops - 8-10 drops ,4 to 6 times a day.
