I'm having black pimples in my face since long Can I get rid of them they are very tiny They are growing slowly around my neck area as well

Pimples are never black. They might be dpns, warts or seborrhoeic keratosis. Please send photos or visit me at my clinic for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
