I've noticed a pimple about 2 cm under my breast and it's a black pimple so first I thought it was some kinda of birth mark at first but it kinda grew so I concluded that it was some kind of weird pimple I've never had before and didn't think too much about it it's now two days after and I decided to try and press it out-ish and a little black thingy came out and then I pressed the access out the black thing is about 2mm long and thin and really hard since I can't cut it in half with my nail.
