Black pigmentation lower buttock area

Have been having black pigmentation around lower buttock area for quite long years .. painless but doesn't look good.. tried consulting few doctors and used medication like "Apply nadoxin gel on morning and persol ac 2.5% cream at bedtime for 1 month" bit did not show any result .. Can someone please help on a solution .. attached picture of problem and normal skin tone
