Black phlegm

Sometimes i get some black phlegm along with mucus while i cough..is it alarming?Should i do a TB test or should take some medication?

Please come down to my clinic Healthcare@Basaveshwaranagar as only a proper clinical evaluation can help me reach a diagnosis! It could be coal tar if you are a smoker, or fungal(mucormycosis) or blood too!
