Black patchy and dry rashes over my butt

Suffering from black, dry and patchy rashes over my buttocks, which earlier remained unitchy but after application of oint Momentasone BD for 7 days as advised by a dermatologist, I feel itching throughout the day. The dry patches even look like they are spreading all over the area creating discomfort. Medications used: Oint Momentasone BD X 7days Hydrating Dersil body Lotion Please suggest..
