I have a black patch on my forehead since 10years ago.My forehead looks so dirty by black patch.I consult to a specialist dermatologist he say it can't removed by medicines.Laser treatment is best for it but i'm not sure laser removed my patch permanently and if it removed my patch there is no harmful in future?
