Three weeks ago, I had chikungunya and typhoid fever. Now I have recovered from both. However, one week ago, I developed black pigmentation on my nose. I’ve been using clotrimazole and beclomethasone dipropionate cream. Please advise—will it go away on its own, or will it take time?

This is known to occur post chikungunya . Currently  you are using wrong treatment ( clotrimazole is antifungal). Can be treated with topicals
