Black mucus sometimes with hair

When I try to pull mucus from lungs then I am getting black mucus mostly in the morning .I smoke occasionally(once in 15-20 days) and sometimes throat clearing is frequent . Can anyone please tell me what could be the issue?

That is just because of smoking. Could go away if u stop smoking and an antibiotic. For throat clearing we need to ruleout sinusitis. Do u have any discharge coming into ur throat from the back of the nose? Any cold/sneezing/running nose/headache/heaviness head/change in voice in the morning when you wakeup?
