Yesterday I saw a tiny dark black mole type of thing appeared on my right breast and it is slightly protruded in structure. Kindly suggest me what is it and the possible causes? and can it be cancerous?

Hi A mole that appears suddenly or a mole that changes characters needs to be examined. Sometimes biopsy needs to be done to confirm the reason.  It's best if you visit a surgeon or a plastic surgeon for opinion .
