It look like an infection. I have so many spots on my lips and inner corner of my mouth. How can i get rid of it . It looks so bad and dehydrated although i drink enough water. Also skin is on the lips is so rough. I never smoke

As per your description it looks like you have hyperpigmentation over the lips and oral mucosa.consult with an skin specialist for proper assessment and treatment.
