Hi, I had covid positive and it has been 3 weeks since my first symptoms started. I was in home isolation with just cold tablet and antinbiotic for 1.5 weeks. No steroids used or not any previous health conditions. Last 2 days, I am feeling dry congestion in my nose and felt mild numbness on my face as well as  right palm. Also facing mild blurring on left eye. No headache or fever. Is this black fungus initial symptoms or post covid symptoms.?
