I've been having black spots on face since 2 years when I consulted doctor he said that it was due to hormonal imbalance after using medicine it was not cured. And I found these spots on chest and back side. Please help me to cure this problem

Its acne vulgaris. You have to take treatment for it.  Try to frequently wash your face with water only. If you want you can send me your pictures for better diagnosis and treatment. Brand names can't be written in open forum.
