The tiny black lesions are Dermatosis papulosa nigra (DPN) which can occur to anyone at any age. It is harmless. There is no particular cause associated to it. Also, no creams are effective for this. The only treatment is to get them removed either by electrocautery or radio frequency.
Next Steps
Meet your nearest skin specialist to get it removed
Health Tips
Do not scratch or try to pick on the lesions.

They are small growths called DPns which are pretty common in our skin. They need to removed by rf cautery. They disappear completely.
