I have a dark black spots(seems like moles) between neck and face. These type spots also appearing on hands other body parts like legs and back etc. Can i know the reason and how to prevent them

Dear Patient , It would be difficult to diagnose the spots without seeing them . From your description it could be a normal physiological condition called DPN which could be removed using a simple technique .But said that ,please consult a dermatologist in person so that a correct diagnosis and treatment could be done.
