There is hard palate discoloration. Get a KOH staining and biopsy done as soon as possible and get under treatment. Cases of mucormycosis is high these days in covid patients and you need to identify it early so infection doesnt spread much.

Dear Patient As your report says , only mild sinusitis present. You mention sugar is normal. Does it mean you have diabetes and are under medication for that? Please share more information on this. The black colour on hard palate needs tk be checked . You may need a biopsy to be sure.
