My mother is having black and white. Patches on her tounge. It's been 3 months. These are not that painfull without touching but lil'l painful while eating. She is not on any major medication other then gastric medicines. And she doesn't have any major health issues also not suffered from covid also .

Becosule Z, once a day for 15 day. Tongue cleaning regularly. With clean cotton cloth and paste gently rub and rinse off. How is her Hemoglobin level.
