Bitter gourd in pregnancy

Hi, I am 11 weeks pregnant at present, without having proper research I mistakenly had bittergourd fry today in lunch, when I searched in google, I found that bottergourd causes miscarriages when taken in pregnancy, after this I got soo scared, please help me understand if having bittergourd once in pregnancy will cause any harm to my baby or is it fine.
