Fractional co2 laser would help in debulking the outgrown area.If it's just pigment , q switched ND yag laser would help. Sometimes vascular malformation are there which would respond to pulsed dye laser. Confirm the diagnosis before you start treatment, multiple treatment s are needed 4weekly interval . Expect 60-80% of result. If you are lucky and doctor does a nice job you would get even more.
