If you are sure your partner did not ejaculate inside you then there s no need to take an emergency contraception pill. It further depends on whether you were in safe period or not

Yes you have to take it.But calculate the day also .If you are having regular cycle of 28 days then first and last seven days are safe and rest are unsafe.If you don't want to take risk then take emergency contraceptive pill within 72 hours of intercourse.
