I'm taking a birth control combination pill & I was thinking of taking magnesium supplements soon. Will that interfere with the birth control? Also, as an 18 year old female, how many mg of the magnesium supplement should I take?

U shouldn’t be taking any supplements for magnesium as it hasca narrow therapeutic window Unless until indicated donot take supplements
