Hi there, I am getting married in nxt month this question is for my wife .. we are planning to have kids aftr an year..wat is the best way to avoid unwanted conceive situation please suggest .

You have to follow a Contraceptive method, there are various methods like oral contraceptive pills, depot injections, condoms and withdrawal method. Discuss these with your Gynaecologist and chose one among these. Depot injection is good and Using condom is the commonest.
