I am trying to get pregnant i have mild hypothyroid. Can i eat biotin & folic acid tablets for TTC. Is biotin tablets safe for hypothyroid and planning to conceive. Is biotin interfere with thyroid or safe to eat,  Kindly advise me. Or suggest folic acid tablet name and how many mgs safe to conceive.
