Please suggest for following report. My mother was admitted with Gi sepsis. Her endoscopy suggested of tiny nodes and sigmoidoscopy suggested of ulcers. Please share findings

It looks like Crohn's disease as per the information provided.Crohn's disease is very difficult to diagnose even after biopsy also..and medical treatment is advisable unless it's emergency.
