I did a complete body check up 4 months ago which indicated elevated bilirubin levels for total 1.28 against 1.2, direct 0.38 and indirect 0.98. Ultrasound showed grade 3 fatty liver. I was asked to reduce my weight and do lots of excercise, I did and reduced weight by 6 kgs, and still walking and daily excercising. 4 months later, my most of the other tests like cholesterol and uric acid have come down drastically. But LFT shows increase in bilirubin total from 1.2 to now 1.88, direct 0.68, indirect 1.26. it's bit scary now. I was given anti oxidants last time. I don't have any weakness, no yellowish skin or eyes, do I need to goto physician or gastro?
