I'm suffering from bilateral grade 1 varicocele.left testicle lying down and hanging lower and paining heavily.and right testicle is not paining and hanging.i consulted urologist he adviced hetrazan ,vitamin tabs.these are not working.pain is still not reducing.please help me left testicle paining and lying down ,heating
