My father has Bilateral Renal Parenchymal Bilateral single unilocular thin walled simple renal cortical crystsare present one in right lower pole 17 mm in diameter other in left lower pole 21 mm in diameter. No solid intramural component, internal septa or debris seen. Normal corticomedullary differentiation is lost bilaterally with increased cortical parenchymal echogenicity.

Is he Diabetic ? Have you done Renal function test and micro albuminuria and a 24 hr urine cr clearnace test.if not pls do the above . Consult a Nephrologist with reports and I shall surely help with diet and required customisation based on diagnosis and treatment plan.
