Lower range of normal, 6-8 times is required, this is common problem in early days bcz of factors like milk secretion , attachment etc. it will improve

Yes, 5 to 6 urinations (wet diapers) a day is a normal and healthy frequency for a 7-day-old baby, indicating adequate hydration. Babies of this age typically have at least 6 to 8 wet diapers in a 24-hour period, but the frequency you observe is healthy and expected at this stage.

Bilateral frontal Pelviectasis is usually transient and self limiting if dilatation is mild,However serial USG KUB monitoring is necessary for confirmation of resolution Baby passes usually 4-8times in a day at this age

5-6 times micturition is completely normal. Also look for the urine stream. It should be free flow. Hope they have ruled out puv obstruction

Since your baby had pelviectasis , a repeat ultrasound after birth is recommended. Passing urine 6-7 times a day is normal. He/ she can even urinate 8-10 times a day. The whole idea for USG is to detect anomaly at early stages so as to initiate early treatment. Many times babies are otherwise fine but there is underlying anomaly which causes complications later on in life. You should go for an ultrasound.

5-6 times urination is considered normal for the age. It shows signs of adequate hydration.
