I have severe hairfall and came to know that i have bilateral pcos after abdominal scanning. My doctor suggested me aldactone tablet and yasmin tablet. My question is when should I use aldactone tablet?during periods or regularly after having breakfast at 8:00 am?

aldactone s to b taken daily.. whereas yasmin s 21 days tab to b started from day 3 of your menstrual cycle
