My younger has ben suffering from bilateral kidney stone since 7-8 months ago. Now all report were done at sai baba hospital they told to meet you on 22/12/17at OPD clinic. Kindly make an arrangements for microsurgery because two operation was done in openly one is kidney stone and other is apendicit. So you are requested to make a decision with verify by all reports. Thank you sir.
