Bilateral inguinal lymphadenopathy

My son is having lymph near his neck, wen we did USG we found "multiple enlarged bilateral level ii iii and v cervical lymphadenopathy are noted with preserved fatty hilum largest measuring 28.3 * 10.0 mm at level II on right side and 24.1 x 12.5 mm at level II left side. No necrosis / conglomeration" Please let us know what does this means.

It's just showing enlargement of lymph nodes. Needs to be connected with the clinical pic if any symptoms. If totally well, can be followed up after a few weeks for any changes

Cause of it could be as simple as tonsillitis, pharyngitis too. History and examination are vital. Physical consultation is mandatory.
