Bilateral gynecomastia

Sir,I m suffering from bilateral gynecomastia. My hormones testosterone,estrogen, LH is normal & doctor suggested me for surgery. Please sir suggest me a best solution for this.

Control your weight if you are overweight. But when all other options have been ruled out the surgery is the only and best option.

Dear Sir, If you have not noticed any reduction in size since past 1-2 years then surgery is the option, however if u have felt it is reducing then u can wait for 1-2 years and then plan for Surgery. hope thyroid func is normal and u r not on any other meds
