Bilateral fetal hydronephrosis

My wife has pregnancy of 22 weeks, in target scan we found bilateral fetal hydronephrosis is seen . Left side measuring 9 mm and and right side 4 mm apd. Can it will resolved during pregnancy or after delivery or we should avoid it?

No worries at present but requires regular follow up usg scan for it..

This could be a case of Distal obstructive uropathy eg. Posterior urethral Valve that is amenable to correction by fulguration.

Moderate hydronephrosis present . Needs regular follow up . It is not life treatening . It resolves spontaneously most of the time . And can be treated as crossed 21 weeks so MTP is not possible .Hood thing is no associate anomalies present .
