He is suffering from a sharp pain near jaw for 5days. Dr gave him an usg. He told not to worry. Usg result shows bilateral cervical lymphadenopathy. Dr gave him jocef antibiotic for 5days. 3days are running but the problem is not going away, also he has an earache. Kindly suggest us what to do. Is that the serious matter?

You are having Infection of throat which via lymphatics vessels reaching the cervical lymph node, hence the cervical lymphadenopathy. Now treatment with antibiotic removes the infection from throat and nodes but some node still stay palpable and its normal.
