If u have previous immunization with tt shots 6 months before then no need of taking it again. And it's almost 36 hours so it's not more efficient as it's under 24hr. Is there rust Nails on cement step on which u fell then need further examination and treatment. Apply Betadine ointment and ice pack over it . Will heal earlier

Yes u need tt. Locally  betadine solution. Clean time to time with  betadine solution. Tab cefexim 200 two times a day after food for five days.  Zerodol sp3 times a day after food for five days.  Montek lc one at night for five.

Better to take tetanus shot. Clean the scratches and apply some antiseptic solution over it.
