Since few week I'm observing a redblack mole on nose, before from that place it used to come that white waste regularly as like all over the nose. So now I observed that it's a small hole looks like in black color, I'm attaching the pic, so please try to figure it out and help me that is it curable and what should I do. I kept a pin and it could easily get into that small hole a bit
