She is 30 right now and 21 week pregnant and following is her basic health condition based on her recent USG reports. 1. She has gestational diabetes which is at limit and we are tracking it daily to come down well within limit 2. She also has thyroid which is below 4 3. As per doctor, baby's growth is adequate and there is no problem in baby's growth and anomaly report was also good 5. Since last 2 years, she was diagnosed with PCOD with multiple fibroids at that time.  Currently, as per latest report, she has two fibroids, one is 11cm*10cm (at start of pregnency, it was 8.7cm) and another is 5*5cm. Medicines: Thyronorm,Gluconorm Iron tablets, Folinal d, Vitamin tablets. Our doctor is saying, everything is fine, but one fibroid is increasing every month which may cause a problem after completing 6 months of pregnancy (probably preterm delivery or bleeding at delivery). kindly advice.

During pregnancy fibroids are expected to increase in size.it increases the risk of bleeding or malpresentation or preterm labour.so please monitor the symptoms and get serial ultrasound to monitor the size of fibroid .trust your gynecologist for the. Management
