I have been having many big closed Comodones on my nose for the last 3 years and they don't seem to be going away. I want them to be removed. I have been on isotretnoin 40mg for 5 months and it didn't go away at all. Doctor tried other topical treatments as well. Nothing worked. I would like to have it removed without any scarring. What are my options? Please advise. Thanks.
