BHCG not doubling but rising slow

Hi, I am 5 weeks 2 days pregnant. My BHCG levels are as follows: 11 Oct - 597 13 Oct - 867 16 Oct - 1169 Is this normal? Also, I got Transvaginal USG scan done today and as per reports no gestational sac can be seen.I have been suggested to terminate the pregnancy mentioning its not growing as it should. I also have high HBA1C value (8). Please advise.

Hba1c is quite high. Need strict sugar control The value is suggesting not a viable good pregnancy. If you want you can wait.
