BHCG level not doubling

My wife has been diagnosed with pregnancy two days ago. Her LMP was 35 days back. We conducted two BHCG tests. First one was taken around two days back and the value was 1330 Second test was taken today and the value is 1860. Is there anything to be concerned about because the BHCG hasn't doubled. Kindly advise
