Better tablet than perfectil?

Hi am using perfectil skin hair and nails from one months.. I had very weak nails and gaps in my eyebrows.and also skin also unhealthy ..and my eyebrows color is becoming dull.. So a dermatologist recommended this for me...Am taking one tablet daily in the morning.. But I didnt noticed any changes. Please suggest a better tablet supplement that perfectil..
