Can I take this at irregular intervals whenever an erection is required? I have erection but this is to make it harder. Perhaps twice a week? I am 56.

Hello You haven't mentioned what you intend to take at irregular intervals. If you are asking about sildenafil then it should be only taken if there is a problem in erection/insufficient hardness as it doesn't help in increasing fun in normal people.
