My beta HCG results came today and it was 237... Doc gave me Lupi HCG injection today as I had history of chemical pregnancy... Now she asked to take beta HCG test again day after tomorrow...I want to know will the HCG injection that I took today has any effect on the reading of my own HCG which is produced by embryo...will it increase the reading...giving false reading than actual one...

Hcg which your doctor gave is for ur egg release
The hcg which produced by the embryo tells about ur pregnancy result
But after hcg injection if you measure hcg in blood it will give false results
But you need to repeat the blood hcg levels 48-72 hrs
If it raising it is pregnancy confirmed
