My LMP was 9th August. And I am pregnant. I am attaching my beta HCG report. Which week it is? In report it is showing 4 or 5 week. How is it possible? Thank you in advance.

Weeks and location of pregnancy can be ascertained by ultrasound only. Your beta HCG is definitely positive . Please do an ultrasound
