Beta HCG after 2 weeks IVF transfer

Got the transfer of 2 embryos(5day blastocyst) implanted on Nov 12, 1st Beta HCG test done on Nov 26 got the reading as 574, 2nd Beta HCG test done on Nov 28 got the reading as 389. Is there anything to worry?

This decreasing value generally denotes failing pregnancy but we can get it repeated 48 hours of second value
