Iam on the medications metxl 25 my heart rate yesterday while lying down was 49...while walking and all it is 80 above but yesterday it went to 49...is this ok or dangerous...

Looks ok ...a patient taking metoprolol and lying heart rate around 50 and once up and about it increases and patient doesn't experience giddiness is perfectly fine
