I am current weeks pregnant with a history of miscarriage at 14 weeks, the doctor has prescribed me to take Ecosprin 150mg once a day, can I take this tablet along with iron and folic acid tablets together at night time? Will it not hinder the effectiveness of any of the medicines? Kindly clarify
