I know that this is nothing and related to.mind , i can control situation 50% but can not control 100%, i need treatment to get well soon Is this permanent disease ? Or can be cure by medicines? Or how much long it will take?

Why do u need to control everything 100% That's not humanly possible Try to focus on the can do of any situation and not can not You should be solution focused but don't get too uptight and obsessed Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling online or in person All the best
